Emilie Ray named president of MPS&A

Emilie RayMcKesson announced this month that Emilie Ray, former vice president and general manager of McKesson Pharmacy Systems & Automation Outpatient (MPS&A) segment has been named as the new president of MPS&A.  Emilie succeeds Nathan Mott, who is now head of the Celesio Coordination Planning Office.

Emilie brings more than 14 years of experience in the healthcare technology industry, having worked in both the hospital and retail pharmacy segments. During her long tenure at McKesson, Emilie has served in a number of critical leadership roles.   In her most recent role as VP/GM of MPS&A’s Outpatient segment, her commitment to customer service helped to increase customer satisfaction and, ultimately, market share growth.

Before joining MPS&A, Emilie held a variety of progressive leadership roles within the former McKesson Automation business in product management, marketing and software development, deepening her understanding of McKesson’s operations, our customers’ needs and the industry. Prior to McKesson, Emilie worked as an analyst with Deloitte Consulting.

With her extensive leadership and McKesson experience, Emilie is ideally suited to build on MPS&A’s strong momentum in FY15 and beyond.
