McKesson announced this week that Nathan Mott, president of McKesson Pharmacy Systems & Automation has been named as the new executive lead for the Celesio Coordination Planning Office. In his new role, Nathan will oversee a new organization that will lead how McKesson and Celesio collectively take a strategic, prioritized and collaborative approach to pursuing the opportunities for our combined organization.

As a result, Nathan will transition from his role as President of McKesson Pharmacy Systems and Automation once a new president is named.  The process is underway to identify Nathan’s successor.

True to his leadership style, Nathan spent a lot of time selecting the right leadership team, and he is leaving MPS&A on a very solid course. The strong MPS&A leadership team he put in place will continue to guide the business strategy and maintain the business’s strong momentum into FY15.  The VPGMs will continue to run their business segments and focus on meeting the needs of their customers.
