McKesson, in partnership with Advanced Innovative Solutions (AIS), now offers the capability to customize patient preferences to use text, email or phone for Rx-Ready notifications for EnterpriseRx clients. RxCall® tracks every patient notification and provides real-time status information via its RxCall® Manager. The system includes a web-based utility that manages each customer’s desired method of communication for all outbound contact requests sent by EnterpriseRx.

RxCall® also has the ability to make marketing calls on the pharmacy’s behalf. Clients simply define the script to be spoken and provide a file of the phone numbers to call.  Sample marketing messages may include flu shot clinic dates and times, drug recall information, and promotional communications and/or store specials.

With added texting and email communications, EnterpriseRx pharmacies now have a wide selection of methods to communicate with their customers.
