Merchant Processing

With McKesson Merchant Processing you can save up to 15% on your current processing fees. You also receive next day settlement for all card types. Additionally, McKesson Merchant Processing provides you with a SuperStatement: all your credit card statement information from all card companies on one concise statement.

PatientLink

Through a partnership with Catalina, McKesson now offers PatientLink, a service that allows you to provide messaging to your patients at the point of care. These messages are customized based on the patient’s drug therapy or condition. With every message that you print, your pharmacy generates revenue. EnterpriseRx customers also have the option of adding our automated Medication Guides with their PatientLink service to effectively promote compliance and improve the patient experience.

PCI Protection Plan

McKesson would like to assist its customers in becoming PCI compliant. The PCI Protection Plan offers $100,000 in data breach protection and 10 hours of post-breach consulting. The service also provides access to the PCI Portal, where customers can access the PCI Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) and receive question and answer support for the SAQ. Customers can also access eLearning resources via the PCI Portal.

PCI Protection Plan + Secure Cloud Gateway

This service includes all of the features in the PCI Protection Plan plus the added benefits of a Secure Cloud Gateway. Customers receive a managed stateful inspection firewall with 24x7 firewall policy management. The service also comes with Unified Threat Management, which includes anti-malware, intrusion detection and web content filtering. In addition, customers receive secure remote access and Wi-Fi support. The service also automatically populates up to 50% of the answers in the PCI Self-Assessment Questionnaire.

Pricing Services

Through a partnership with Rx-Net, McKesson now offers Auto-Rx-Net, a pricing service that automatically creates price schedules for the top 2100 brand and generic items in your system, using market data specific to your area. In addition to creating price schedules, Auto-Rx-Net reduces reimbursements at Usual and Customary (U&C) values.

Printing Services

McKesson Printing Services is a one-stop shop for all your printing needs. You can order customizable labels (both laser and thermal), patient information leaflets, system maintenance and cleaning kits, business forms (Account Receivable statements and envelopes, long-term care forms, universal signature logs, etc.), and computer supplies (laser cartridges, backup tapes, prescription pads, etc.).
