eService proves to be a rewarding experience for customers


For a while now, MPS&A Customer Support has been providing customers with access to an online tool called eService so that they can create, view, and update product support requests at their convenience. With eService, customers can also search a Customer Support Knowledgebase containing hundreds of articles to locate answers or resolve issues without having to call the helpdesk.

MPS&A would like to recognize those customers who successfully utilize this self-service resource on a regular basis. Starting with this quarterly newsletter, we will reward our top two most active eService users – as well as one randomly selected user (just for kicks!) – with a $25 gift card from the McKesson Gift Card Mall.
