In keeping with our commitment to deliver top-of-the-line technology that can automate, streamline and centralize your pharmacy operations, MPS&A has engaged in a months-long search for industry talent to help us achieve this goal.

Towards the end of 2013, MPS&A successfully assembled a new product management team for EnterpriseRx that will be focused on providing you with the right solutions to meet the increasing demands of a rapidly changing healthcare marketplace. The new team includes:

Nathan Allen, Director of Product Management, EnterpriseRx: Nathan brings a strong background in product management, marketing and development to EnterpriseRx. He joins MPS&A from Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he was Product Marketing Manager for a $25 million portfolio and led the development efforts of R&D scientists to produce and launch new products in stem cell markets. Nathan holds a Master of Science, Pharmacology, from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and an MBA from the Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. His skills will be instrumental in helping MPS&A determine what is coming next in health care so that we can provide our customers with the necessary solutions to these issues.

 


Dawn Kramer, Associate Product Manager, EnterpriseRx: Dawn has extensive experience as a product manager for care management, reporting, analytics and health information solutions. Dawn has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh and brings an abundance of hands-on clinical experience to the product management team. She has also worked in software development for payer, provider, consumer applications and web portals and has practiced as a Six Sigma Black Belt project manager and in agile development methodologies.

Presley Kelleher, Product Manager – Point of Sale (POS) Systems: Presley comes to us from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Technology Development Center, as a Senior Product Manager. Prior to joining UPMC, Presley was a Product Manager and the Interface Services Manager at McKesson Automation. Presley has a Master of Science, Health Information Systems, from the University of Pittsburgh. Presley is a Six Sigma Greenbelt, Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, and is a HL7 Certified Control Specialist. Presley will lead the evaluation of our current products, understand the market needs and direction, and develop our strategy in our POS product roadmaps.

While not a member of the EnterpriseRx team, Beth Ezar, Portfolio Product Manager, will work closely with the product management teams for EnterpriseRx, PharmacyRx, Pharmaserv, Business Services, HVS, and other McKesson businesses to package solutions that tackle the challenges facing customers today and in the next few years. Beth will leverage her extensive experience in product management and marketing to offer a fresh approach to addressing customer needs across products and across market segments. Beth’s background includes more than 20 years of product management and marketing experience in a variety of industries. In addition to a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a double major of management and marketing, Beth also holds an executive MBA from Point Park University.

Meet the new EnterpriseRx product management team
